The most comprehensive description of the Die Proofs of the Bermuda King George V stamps is in the Chapter 1 of M. Glazer "The King George V High-Value Stamps of Bermuda, 1917-1938" book. I highly recommend the book for all the collectors of the Bermuda King George V Key plates stamps.
